Sheri Weitz, RDN
Sheri Lee Weitz graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from California State University Northridge. She completed an intensive internship at the VA Medical Center in La Jolla to become a Registered Dietitian. Sheri spent eight years as Director of Nutrition Therapy at The Rader Institute and originated the nutritional protocols for Monte Nido, a world-renowned eating disorder center. She currently serves as a Clinical Nutrition Manager for Dignity Health.
Growing up in the San Fernando Valley, Sheri has lived in Westchester for nearly two decades. Married with two sons, she is an active member of the community, volunteering her time as a certified Dance It Out aerobics teacher for the Westchester Senior Center and teaching a class every Thursday evening at L.A. Arts Collective. She is also an avid hiker and outdoor enthusiast.
