Patient Instructions
- Call ahead to schedule an appointment
- Arrive at the date and time of your appointment and call to notify us you have arrived
- Our technician will swab you and your results can be printed out or emailed to you.
- If your results are Positive, we will set-up a Free Tele-Video consultation with one of our Providers to discuss your symptoms and provide guidance.
